Refund Policy
Every account starts with three free videos so you can judge the output before paying. This policy covers what happens after you do.
01 Monthly plans
If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month and have used fewer than 10 render credits, we refund that month in full.
After that, monthly payments are not refunded, but you keep access and credits until the end of the period.
02 Yearly plans
Cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided fewer than 30 credits have been used.
After 14 days, yearly plans are not refunded. Your plan continues until the end of the paid year.
03 Credit top-ups
Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs are not refundable.
04 Failed renders
If a render fails or produces a clearly defective file because of a fault on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically or on request.
05 How to request
Send a request through the contact page with the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
