Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you use our AI video platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.
01 Information you give us
Account details such as your name, work email, company or channel name and role, collected when you sign up or contact us.
Content you upload or create: source links and documents, scripts, footage, product images, logos, fonts, finished videos and caption files.
Avatar and voice recordings, if you choose to create your own avatar, together with your recorded and written consent statement.
Billing details, which are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
02 Information collected automatically
Usage data such as features used, render history, credits consumed, device type, browser and approximate location from IP address.
If you connect YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, we receive read-only performance data for your videos, such as views, watch time and retention. We never post without your action.
03 How we use information
To run the service: writing scripts, rendering videos, dubbing, captioning, applying your brand kit and showing analytics.
To keep the platform safe, including detecting attempts to create avatars of people who have not consented.
To send account and billing messages, and, if you opt in, product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
04 Your content and model training
Your uploads, avatar recordings and finished videos are not used to train models that are shared with other customers.
Your avatar and voice are available only inside your workspace and are deleted when you delete them or close your account.
05 Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform, such as cloud hosting, payment processing and email delivery, under contracts that limit their use of it.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. We do not sell personal data.
06 Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Finished videos and uploads are kept until you delete them, or for 30 days after you close your account, after which they are permanently removed.
Consent records for avatars are retained for as long as the avatar exists, plus any period required by law.
07 Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data from your account settings, or by writing to us through the contact page.
Where applicable law gives you further rights, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we will honour them.
08 Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer content is limited to staff who need it to provide support, and is logged.
